Porous Liquids are a unique class of solvents that combine the porosity of porous solids with the heat and mass transport benefits of fluid solvents. In the Nordness group we are interested in developing novel porous liquid solvents that can serves as drop-in alternatives to traditional carbon capture solvents including amines and aqueous solvents.
